AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
Blizzardball 94-96 I was there and there were tons of guys playing with just goggles, no face mask. I remember several ear hits, what a mess. As for old school, I think not! The paint was not oil based anymore and there were tons of semis on the tourney scene, no electros, just mags, cockers, tippmans, and the odd spyder. VL2000 were running rampant, players finally realized what agitators would do for the sport. WOW how this sport/technology has changed... I remember the first time I saw an angel what a plain looking hunk of... junk! Sorry about the rambling, the memories are flowing...
Hell ya! LOL I know it sounds scary, but back then the original RT was coming out, they were expensive no one was sure about the "new" technology in the RT. At that time spyders, tippmans were about even with mags and cockers. You have to remember that back then the cocker had very few actual performace upgrades, and the mag had even less. Here's s tidbit of info for you, everybody used to run remote, I remember going to one tourney where there was only one on-gun setup there out of 84 5man teams. Not at all like today....
