how fast is this vid?

Well, I don't have any prog's that I have put to use in this manner so I would like to ask you to help me out. This crazy person who fired this Timmy claims there was a short burst somewhere in the vid where he fired 28BPS with a halo B. To say the least I laughed when I heard the vid, I think the fastest second was 16 TOPS but of course that's a guess.

On average it sounds like about 12-13, at the start maybe it hit 14 ish... but that's just to my trained ear. We'll wait for someone with the software to prove it for us.

I'm pretty sure its a burst of 14 bps with a more or less steady 12 bps. I like the Halo B though.

towards the beginning i think its near 12-14, but the rest of teh shots sound pritty consistent around 10 bps.
