    carving question

i was wondering, would it be a good or bad idea to try milling my bodyrail with a dermil or rotary type tool like that? i found a tool at wal-mart that would hold like a pencil and has like, 15 or so differant heads, i didn't know if it would work to well or not and figured this would be a good place to find out.

the body rail is made of soft aluminum and looks really bad when you when you polish and or cut it. I've tried it.

My girlfriend rides a moped. How cool is that??!!

check tysonmuchado 's work its done with a dremel tool and his work is fantastic! If you do try this it will take a lot of practice, not to mention, many screwed up parts(ones that you screw up while learning)
