how to install WDP Lok Soks?

ok..i have a 88/4500psi tank,and some clear Lok Soks........how do I get them on(mostly the top pieces)

just pull them over the gauge, and the fill nipple

ok,here is scenerio.....

i baught the gun used..it came with nitro tank.The tank came with lok soks....

all the pieces where on(so I thought),but I was emptying out the box the gun came in(im moving soon),and I find another piece........

its the top piece that holds the other top piece on.....

you dont need taht peice is it square on top? thats only fo rangel airs it actually connets to the air and looks dumb on anything else
