Efficiency

sorry if this has been posted before... i did a search and nothing came up. could anybody tell me how many shots per fill i would get on these tanks with a broken-in mag:
45/3k
68/3k
88/3k
(and then i could figure out the 4.5k's from there)
OR
can someone give me a general rule of thumb for mags? i know that when i browsed the spyder forums, that their rule of thumb was: for 3k's multiply the ci x10 and then with 4.5k's multiply it x15. so i was just wondering. any help is appreciated, thanks.
