    help with barrel problem

    Just recieved my barrel i won on ebay its a dye s.s.
    the dumbass spraypainted the barrel black. shoots good but he got paint inside the muzzle-break what can i take it off with, without damageing the inside of the barrel.

    i guess if it is shooting good to not take it off..if it starts acting up, try scraping it off

      I'd try some mild paint remover.. maybe find some for use on plastic, like at a hobby shop or some paint thinner. I doubt you could get your hands on some Xylene (pronounced zie-lean) This stuff will take paint off of about anything. It won't hurt the SS either.

        get some paint thinner, let it soak in there for about 1 hour or more and wash it

          If it is stainless steel, then just spray it with brake cleaner. It will strip it right off. Only use it on SS.

            take off the o rings and nubbin and boil the damn thing, c'mon it's stainless steel, if that don't work, take it to a pressure wash(I would, lol)
