Hmm...never thought of it as a bad word, just descriptive.
The first looks terribly anorexic, but is trying to show off her skin and bones as "sexy".........eww. The second is well, just not that good looking. Her tats are too macho, too male. I love ink on women as long as it is complimentary to them and effeminate(flowers on vines, long feathered birds, butterflies etc..).
