    Is it worth it?

I am just wondering the personal opinion of everyone,

I have had dreams of making my minimag into a paintslinging machine. But with the emag, i think i might as well just save up for that. I really dont know what to do. What do you think I should do, keep upgrading the minimag, or just save up for the E-Mag, again i would hate giving up the minimag, and would love making it into a really really nice gun, but the emag is always in the back of my head.

      [sarcasm]thats a great answer[/sarcasm]

i would save up for the emag, and keep the mini as a back-up,thats what I plan on doing.

what exactly do you have on your mini?

You could always save up for an e-mag conversion, that way you could save some money, get an e-mag NEW, keep everything but your gas thru, ect ect ect (plus I bet a mini-emag looks pretty kewl)

Are they still doing this? And if they are, let me get this right, i could send it in, and have an emag with a minimag body? It would just cost me my internals, and rail, trigger frame? And the 550 would get me the emag internals and rail, and trigger, and battery pack. If so, this is great!!!

i agree with RT_Luver, but why put a minimag body on an emag..they're bodies are just fine. i would change it.

Forget the conversion - at this point you'd be a fool financially to do it.

If you like the handling characteristics of your Minimag, just get a Hyperframe or Booyah/Make frame for it. The Emag is awesome because of the Hybrid mode, but it IS definitely a bit heavier and bulkier than the other solution.

The only other serious consideration that I can think of is that the Emag will probably be more reliable than any aftermarket electro frame can hope to be.
