Another note - it will help you all if you do NOT call and ask us whether yours has been shipped, when the next wave will go out, etc.
Every call means one of us has to stop doing something else (perhaps entering someone else's late order) to answer you. The answer on second wave is "don't know, will post." To find out if something has been shipped takes 3 minutes, minimum, more if you have orders for other stuff in the pipeline, too. I can enter a whole order in 3-5 minutes.
Also, my email is still backed up almost to the beginning of the month, so if you haven't had an answer to a contact form or to mail sent either to office@ or info@, that's why. I very much appreciate your patience and understanding.
