3 days for not obeying Armys first orders

2 days for posting an additional one, lying to me and arguing with me about it.

I think that is light.

5 days total...He may ask to be reinstated on July First. As always, its not automatic. He must email webby and ask. And if he shows up here in the mean time and does not honor the ban his IP will be premanently banned. He has been emailed as to these facts.

Was the one with a stick figure an animation cause if it wasn't, wouldn't it just look like a stick hugging a cookie? Whats wrong with that, dosen't everyone have to urge to hug a cookie now and then
And the the second pic with the misspelled word, was kinda well not that bad either, but it should have just been deleted. But i guess all the lying(if he realy lied and it wasn't a missunderstanding) would be cause for a ban...kinda

He did lie as you should read what he says in that thread. He says he deleted it yesterday. But he did not. pretty obvious he did not. So he clearly lied about deleting anything. Only thing he did was add another one...

yes, to add to it cphilip, he put it in right after i got my new sig pic, you will notice i commented on it and you can check the times. i foundf it funny, but icnredibly inaapropriate for these boards, now over at pbn it is prolly sanctioned

Viewing is fine with me. I got no problem with that. He does his time and all is good.

Making new account, posting and subverting the ban will get you banned for life. IP's are logged.

I dont know what went on, or anything. All i know is he IM'ed me on AIM all mad because he said he got in trouble for something he removed, now why he would lie to me on AIM, when i cant do anything about it I do not know. I think you should unban him for a day and let him post his story on here to be judged fairly, maybe he thought he removed them but didnt?? If you see it fit he has done something very wrong, you can reinstate the ban. I think that is fair, because he cannot even tell you what actually happened now because you banned him, you mods are all about fairness arent you?

I know this isn't my place and I should probably just keep quiet, BUT it really bothers me when people do things which they should know better about and then get upset when the consequences come back onto them. What the heck happened to common sense and responsibility?

If you don't want to risk the repurcussions don't do it in the first place!

I don't care if he did think he removed it, that's irrelevant. The fact is he shouldn't have posted it in the first place. And should have known that he shouldn't have posted it in the first place. He also should have checked that he removed it when/if he did remove it. It clearly wasn't removed and thus he gets the penalty. But that penalty is justified purely by the fact that he posted it in the first place.

He shouldn't have posted it in the first place. And he should take the penalty as a consequence of his actions. Do you think all this posting about it is helping his cause?

His case has been judged already. This forum is controlled by the mods with all rights to them. In general they do a very good job of it. If he wants to he can come back after his ban and make his case. Until then I'd suggest we wait. I think the fact that he was warned before being banned was more than fair.
