Level 10 efficiency

I here that we will lose some air efficiency with the level 10...is that so?
Right now I have a small tank (Flatline 47ci) and need all the help I can get. I will get a larger one soon but for now I guess I will have to refill more often and/or don't waist paint.

I heard someone say that their was a little bit of a decrease in effeincy. something like a 100-200 psi difference
