hi! i'm a mag newbie, but i really like the look of those black minimag bodies....i have a minimag in the mail to me, and i'd love to know where you can get those black bodies, or did you just paint them? thanks alot for any help!

The body on my mag was actually one of the blemished bodies AGD was selling in the store for $50. They have polished and black bodies that you can get if you don't like the powdercoating. Luckily for me, you could barely see the tiny little mark which would have been fine with me even if I did buy it at full price. Just goes to show the quality of AGD products.

If you search the forum, you'll see plenty of pictures of people's minis that they painted. Looks really good! Have fun with yours!

jt2002 buy a minimag, they have more character to them.

davidb thanks for the info, those are too purple. Purple is one of those colors that needs to be accented. Black or chrome, doesn't matter, I just like the look of chrome better with chrome.

tictac I was joking when I said black bodies suck. Any other markers look great black, but for some reason mags don't have the lines for it. IMO

Buy a minimag body. Doesn't matter what color, you buy a stock one, and finish it any color you want. 'Nuff said.
