C&C Extreme and LVL 10

I Am Looking into getting a C&C Extreme on Preorder and the only place I found it was from Modified Paintball Products. I thought all the new extremes would already be LVL 10 but they are saying it will be $75.00 extra. Does anybody know If the Extremes will Be LVL 10 from the factory?

yes, they will come with Lvl 10 and ACE stock from the factory
