I recently switching from an 8 hole mod back to my stock valve. My Minimag fires ok, though with the saftey on the little bit of trigger play fires the gun, then it starts leaking until i take off the safety and do a full fire? How can I fix this or should I just take off my safety and use the powerfeed plug as my safety?

You can screw the trigger rod into the clevis just a bit further, that will give you a little longer trigger pull but it will make the safty work properly.
