AO Shatner patch

I have a friend that has a comercial embroidery machine and can get me a good price on custom patches. If anyone would like to let me know what you would want I will check it out.
I would have liked Jerseys but they are just too expensive but something to make us match would be fun. I could mail them out in an envelope too so shipping would be next to nothing. Any ideas on size shape or design would be great.

now as far as the AO patch design goes, we should probably stick to the honeycomb design- is the original design file of the official AO logo for public download anywhere?

if you so wish I can start working a few up. i'm in at work today with not too much to do so i reckon i'll start right now.

what image format works for your embroidery machine? resolution?

i wonder if this embroidery machine has the ability to do a "mail merge" type thing. it'd be cool to have personalized patches with like "7 of 53" and our AO names on it

I think the less complecated the better. Perhaps a Borg type cube or symbol with the words AO in the middle. I do like the Idea of a personalized thing but maybe in a ribon style patch (much like a Ranger Tab)to be placed above the AO one. That way there could be a mass order for a simple patch.
