it depends on what you have,
i had a nitro duck mega reg with the new style plastic nknob on it and it was horrible, it spiked on my constantly, but i just got a new mega reg without the rubber turny thingy and its great, super consistant, little on the heavy side but a good tank

i would give the adj. tanks a 7 and the screw in ones an 8

i dont like the weight of them, but thats what you get with the tuff-skin

7.5 - for the micro reg atleast. It's relatively cheap preset screw in tank. It offers medium-high flow rates, not the best, but not really bad either. I've still got mine five years after i bought it, and it still works well. - It's an OKAY tank.

for an adjustable, or any good tank - I would say flatline. The lightest reg around, with great performance amd you can field strip it.

My girlfriend rides a moped. How cool is that??!!

2 for the presets, 6 for the adjustables. The presets suck, the adjustables work decently, but have to be the ugliest tank on the market.

                Flatline isn't lightest, Conquest is.

Max-Flo is my recomendation, sure it's a bit more money, but it's the most consistent, highest flowing tank on the market. Go Crossfire or PMI for presets.
