how can i get a backing washer

i went to instal my Lvl 10 and found that the very first thing i have to put in wasnt there how do i get a new backing washer?

Check to make sure it didn't fall out. It should be white.

If you're sure it wasn't shipped with the kit, then call AGD and they'll send you one.

yeah im pretty sure it wasnt shipped i went through and totaly organized my work bench and then i got down on my stomach with a flash light and found nother but dirt on the floor ill give em a call monday

Sure you don't have one? It's white now (not like the pictures) and the only totally flat white washer in the kit that is non-metalic. Might be stuck on something.
