vertical feed barrel question

I know mag barrels wont fit vertical feed mags, but will vertical feed barrels work on a regular mag. I ask because equationusa said that their mag adaptor will fit any mag. thanks

if the barrel if cut to fir the body, it'll fit. meaning, if a vert barrel is cut to fit power feed, it'll work. and visa versa. they probably can
