Pay it forward?

I was just checking out PBCity, and they had this new thing called "Pay it forward". A guy makes a list of his various parts and extras of pbgear, and than people respond to which items they like. After like a week, he raffles each item off, and those items are not shipped until the winners post another thread with a couple of their extra tidbits. I think this is a great way to help out a bunch of other AOers, and the circle keeps going around. Check it out on PBCity.com, it's really cool..

I was wondering if we could set up something like that here on AO?

Edit: Its a great way for guys to get missing parts FREE, and than they pass on their old gear to others. One mans trash is anothers treasure!

Sounds like a great idea! This could help those who have had things stolen, and help thsoe who need mag parts, or anything else. O_rings!! I need them!!

I would do it! I could use a different size PT spacer, and I have some extra stuff to give out.

sounds like a great idea. I've got a bunch of stuff I'd love to get rid of, but wouldn't go through the hassle of selling.

this wouldn't technically be a trading type thing though. More like a "hey I've got one of those collecting dust that I can send your way" type of thing.

It's not that Army. Check it out on PBC. Its VERY cool.

You take little things like barrel plugs, grips, barrel bags, etc. And make list numbering them. People reply and say which numbers they want. After a week you raffle off the stuff to people. You ship it to them when THEY make their own raffle. It's really totally sweet.
