A ? about my 12vlt revvy...

Ok my brand new 12vlt revvy, not even a month old, and used only ONCE has a snapped neck already... it was treated with great care...
now do i have to buy a new shell, revvy, or can i send it in and get a new one, or how about just screwing brass eagle over and saying i want my money back!
ps: does the warranty cover this?
