Ok guys i need your advice on a barrel

Alright i have recently been giving a sponsorship and every day i relize more and more that i need a barrel kit. I honestly don't want to spend to much. I was wondering if a cp compares to a smart parts freak. Also if their are any places that have a freak for a mag with stainless steel back for under 200.

if you have to have a barrel "kit " go with the freak . If you shoot the same paint all the time I would suggest a BOA barrel or a dye stainless . I use to own a shocker w/ a 14 in. freak barrel it was pretty accurate , but right now I am shooting a micromag RT with an 8 in BOA . It's just as accurate.

J&J Ceramic? Own one, like it, replacing it with a freak.

cp kit at predator-paintball is 150
full freak with stainless at pbgear.net - 200

I understand that the cp kit only has 3 different bore sizes. IS that a problem?

paintballrulez: No it's not a problem. I'd personally just buy a Freak Barrel with a .689 insert, then pick up the .687 and .684 inserts, you might also want the .691 insert, but the other 4 are useless.

Ok here is the pic from pbgear.net for 150. Why is the case so empty? And is there a chance u can get a "full" system

The case will hold all 5 available backs, all 4 available tips, and space for something else. The stock 'Full Kit' was 3 backs, 4 tips until recently, it's now 5 backs, 4 tips,, and is $400+

                              barrels

i bought a freak 14", I have shot that and the stock out of my Emag. Now i think i havta say this, i'm a rec baller, i don't play tourneys, not on a team or anything. In my opnion the freaks overrated, I personally like the stock barrel better, another mag user i play with agrees he likes the stock better as well and he's tried several barrels.
