first of all, let me apologize to anyone that reads this and knows that someone has asked it before, here is the problem, i used the carrier with one line on it, and the shortest spring, and it didnt leak, but it didnt fire, i turned the velocity up and kept trying, and eventually i got it high enough to fire without leaking out the back, unfortunately it only fired once or twice then started leaking down the barrel, how can i get it to fire with out leaking down the barrel? again sorry for the redundant post, and i read the instructions on the website, but i dont know if i missed something or what, just any help would be greatly appreciated,

Try the carrier with one line and 3 dots... this is 1.5 You may get a little leaking but break-in the o-ring on this carrier so it will shoot. Shoot it about 3-400 times. Then remove the o-ring, put it in the carrier with one line and try it out. I started with 1.5 on mine..and it worked for about 400 shots..then it leaked.. I dropped a carrier size... no leak, and the bolt speed in significantly reduced. Possibly drop one of your shims out if it still leaks.

so your telling me to break in the oring on a larger carrier, then go smaller? i think i might already be using the 1.5 carrier, and it leaked after 3-4 shots, am i supposed to just keep firing while its leaking to get 3-400 in? also what spring did you find to work the best?

I had the same problem when I jumped to a longer spring. I solved the problem by turning the velocity adjuster up a bit. The leak went away. Then I was able to make the minor adjustments needed to tweak my setup.

this isnt a leak out the back,

its leaking out the barrel, and another question is, do you still use the space between the bolt and power tube?

Try using a smaller carrier to see if the leak goes away. At least we'll know it isn't the carrier that's causing the problem if it still leaks.

ok, here is where i am at right now,

used the carrier with the one line and three holes, and 2 shims, and the 2nd spring that comes with the kit, result= still leaks tried the carrie with outlines, and three holes, 2 shims, and the 2nd spring, worked for about 100 shots, then started leaking went up to the next size carrier, ( one line no holes) and when i pressurized the gun it didnt even click over, it tried but started leaking imideately so still not working for me, the whole time also i used the same oring for all of these

Try without using any shims.
