    what happened to the mini

i was wondering if AGD wanted to put out a light compact Tournament gun that was easy to work on why did they make it the RT pro i understand that the RTpro is cut down but why didn't they make the minimag body style with an RT valve and a vertical feed body like the RT pro and this way they could still use the gas thru fore grip in witch I like better than the hose going straight from the tank to the valve. it didn't make sense the RT pro is bigger and have more wieght than if you set it up this way.

one of the biggest draw backs to the gun is the wieght anyway

was it because the Rt pro is more compatible with the newly coming out emag(then). thats not valid becasue airgun didn't produce a on the market conversion kit right away. because i look the the new low rise gun with the halo i think mini not rt at all and with the touney guns coming out of ADG they look more like converted mini s

im asking why did they scrape the body (the rail and the gas vertical)

The Mini is back in production, add a retro valve and you're cooking. Mini's have vert bodies available too now.

The RT Pro is a cut down RT, with more compatible parts, it was to improve on the RT, and make it cheaper, not to be a true ultra light marker.

Actually the only feature of a mini that you can't reproduce on a normal automag is the body. It's longer and has vents int it. Now I love my mini, so don't take this wrong, but all that does is _add_ weight. Doesn't really effect length because the barrel will go past that in almost any case.

Hexis: The mini is also available in vert feed, the standard Automag currently isn't.
