Saturday I took my newly installed level ten to a couple of Pro shops here in town (I've been in Mexico for a week and didn't get to set it up).
I demonstrated it's lowered kick (I really had to adjust my warp sensitivity) and it's inability to chop paint. Both shops were full of their guys who have all shot mags. I dared one of them to stick his finger in the breach and let me pull the trigger. He wouldn't do it until I did it first. After my demonstration I was met by dropped jaws and alot of OOOOOOOO's. Especially when I showed them that I had it chronoed at 312fps.
We tried and tried and tried to chop a ball in half having it half way in the breach but we couldn't break it no matter how many times we pulled the trigger (It was Severe paint).
All in all I had a good time and got to talk shop and demo the Level 10 for alot of people here in town. All of them were amazed and started asking alot of questions about mags.
As I was leaving one of the shop workers looked at me and said, "This will definately bring mags back." I turned to him and replied, "Mags never left." He just laughed and said I was right.
I now have many an appointment to help teach installation procedures to the employees of these two proshops.
I really enjoyed it.
