    A Nice Saturday of Paintball

Well, I'm on vacation in Tulsa, Oklahoma this week, so my friends and I decided we should play some paintball while we're up here. We went to this nice indoor place (my first time at an indoor) which was an old converted bowling alley. Very nice field, mostly sup-air with one or two hyperball bunkers and what looked like the hoods of 747's lying around, dubbed "Space Shuttles".

Well, with stock bolt in place, I broke about 4 balls (my first breaks ever) total, 1 in the gun, and 3 in the barrel. I can not WAIT to get Level 10!

Still, we played with a few Kick'n veterans, and some Am players who kindly took the newbs (including myself - ouch) out on the field for some really good tourny pointers. Later they drilled us, but for most of the day, it was straight 5 on 5.

On one lazy game (lazy because it was 3 on 3, some were taking a break) I shot out a back player on the break, and my two team mates were shot out off the break as well. I took a small bunker and pulled in tight and started laying down paint on the other guys (one shooting a minimag, the other a cocker). They were towards the middle of the field, so I pulled to the left and into a small X bunker. They lost sight of me, so I pulled around and got them both on me and pulled about 10 shots in their immediate area before they got behind their bunkers. Then the ref started yelling "Player hit, let 'em out!" so after the first player left and the second got up a second later I shot two on him, and then every one started yelling. I didn't realize they were BOTH out. Well, ego boost to me:)

All in all, it was a great game, and I had a LOT of complements on my RT.

No one was whining when I was there. Also, Furby (Dale Ford) of FB Radio was there with his Uprising Cocker. Great guy!
