    Need some input

I can get a mag from a friend for about 400 dollars. However it does not work at all, and we cannot figure out whats wrong with it yet. If I were to send this in AGD, would they service it and whatnot for free? Or is it going to cost me a ton of money? Should I get the gun or not?

What's the problem with it? What is it doing or not doing? Depending on the problem it may cost you little to nothing to fix.

I'm looking for an eMag, so if you don't buy it, I'll take the gamble.

i am guessing that the battery is dead, and there is a part missing in the valve making it so that you cannot run it on hyper or manual. but yes, buy it for $400, send it into agd, and if ya dont like it, sell it for about twice as much

I say buy it!! Hell, if you're only putting out $400 for it, then you're way ahead in value at that point. A new Emag is, what, like $1200 or so? So even if you have to put some repairs into it, you're talking about $800+ you can repair/replace on it before it no longer becomes a good deal. Is there anything wrong body wise? Did the guy take a power sander to it or something? I'd get it, and give it the TLC it deserves.
