this actually happened at the Mardi Gras Open...guess you're a little behind..it's cool...it's pretty easy to follow...Diablo gets sued by NPS for stealing the Diablo name...so they sit down to figure out who gets what..they decide they're better together than at eachs throats....Diablo switches to Draxxus and NPS get to distribute their paint (and now all of the NPS brands will be made by ProCaps/Draxxus...such as Team Colors..) and NPS get their Diablo name back and they both get to become an even bigger company together...and make themselves more money...Comment

and the funny thing is that Diablo took their name from the video game, not NPS's marker
