i have heard things about gutted inline regs and i have had a vigilante for some time that never worked (used) so i think it would be cool to have the has a gas through. Can you guys tell me how to do it?

I'd say just remove the reg piston and spring. That should keep it wide open all the time.

Or... get an AA parts kit, fix it and sell it and buy a cheap gas-through!
