i know there are like a MILLION threads about level 10, but i think this might actually help those without a clue.
why not make a flow chart, like the ones in the 'mag manuals, to show how to troubleshoot lvl10 problems? I find flow charts very useful in diagnosing and fixing problems. just a suggestion.
