Ok I'm a lil bit confused here...

You have the Retro Valve which is the valve I can buy for my minimag and put in it and it will make my gun shoot faster...is this the same valve that the automag RT has

Yep, same Valve as the RT Pro.

And if I'm not mistaken, same as the Emag and Extremes as well.

well..sort of..the only difference...which has now been revealed is that the Extremes have Aluminum valves..so unlike the normal ReTro Valves which only had an Alu back half the new ones are all aluminum..

it is not the same valve has the RTs but it is the almost the same valve as the RT PRO but the RT PRO has RT PRO on the valve lol

nope, not just a different name. The automag RT has a narrower back session and the gas goes into it via the field strip screw. It is different to the retro valve which is pretty much the same (other than label) and can be found in RT pro's, E-mags and extremes (now in an all aluminIum version).

In essence they work identically in how they fire the ball etc. but they are not interchangeable with the original RT.
