Getting some new gear!

Y0 guys,

I've decided to wait for the new emags coming out and get an airsystem. Now one of my buddies told me to go with a PMI 68 5000psi with Thor Reg at copaintball for 389.00. Should I do this or get a different airsystem?

I think for what you're going to spend you could just get an adjustable tank instead of buying a preset 68 and secondary reg. I'm using a PMI 88CI 4500 with the THOR reg right now. I like the setup but the only reason I went with it is because I had the preset tank already and didn't want to buy a whole new air system. If I were just starting out though I would buy an adjustable tank from the get go.

Also, I'm not sure I'd go with a 5000 PSI tank. It's going to be difficult to get that filled at any field. It's difficult enough to get a good 4500 PSI fill at a field I can't imagine trying to do it with a 5000 PSI tank.

I think if you just spend a little more money now you can get a Smart Parts 4500 Maxflow adjustable, Armaggedon or just wait for the AGD 4500 Flatline. I think these systems will probably serve you better in the long run. Just my opinion.
