I've actually heard of the Paintball Junkies barrel condoms splitting at the seams... It's good they're recalling them.

the barrel condom I bought at CPX is doing the same thing. Does anybody know who supplies theirs?

These are the thick cloth looking bags, my brother shot one and the ball ripped out of the corner without breaking and didnt really slow down.

I have one of those that is being recalled, my mother said that she would just buy a different one instead of paying for shipping charges.

i had one of those barrel condoms but i lost it last time i played, oh well guess i would have to get a new one anyways

it tells you to go to the PJ's site and it looks like it hasn't been updated in over a year..and it doesn't have any info regarding this recall...someone needs to get their act together..

Hmmmm, this is an important safety issue. It needs to stay near the top so it can be read by everyone.

i just got an email from PJ's stating that their BC's are not being recalled, only 32* BC's are affected by the Safety Recall...

None of the pj condoms are on recall. The condoms that are on recall are the 32 degrees ones only.

The Redz style tight fitting Neoprene covers are much more effective and stylish than the baggy nylon style covers.

I agree with you. I have shot while that barrel condom is on. At least 5 occasions I can think of. It does its job and looks good. And they clean off better than those nylon ones which stain like crazy.

I've got a smart parts one...it's got a big fat piece of cordure that's covers most of the end of the barrel cover unlike some of the cheap ones with the 1" wide strip of cordura....I know because I've shot it probably once every day i went out with my old bushy...

I bought one from a feild that makes you use barrel condoms, a 32* one, I heard that there is a fix for them, just fold over the corners and sew them in the middle.
