If I an order an RTPro today, what will I get? Will I have the level 10 mod pre-installed? Will that level 10 get have the superfly II bolt or the superfly I bolt? Will I get a retrovalve? (It only says high performance valve that doesnt do C02 - sounds like a retro..but doesnt say retro). It says it has intellifeed... Are there any upgrades that it doesn't have stock now?

Not sure on the level 10, but it would seem unlikely since AGD has limited kits as it is now and probably a decent stock or RTPros.
The RTPro valve is the same as a ReTro valve, it just says RTPro instead or ReTro on the side.
The RTPro does come stock with the intelliframe now, so you don't need one of those.
