is level 10 going to replace the stock bolt in automags eventually and if so will automags cost more.

yes eventually. Not real soon though. It does come stock on the Extreem now. In the future it's rumored you will get a stock set up and a lvl 10 packaged together for a while. And some time later they will just be on there with the extra carriers in the package. it will be a long phase in from what Tom seems to think now.

when some one gets this stock mag with LX, will it be set up to work, or will the person have to make it work?

Tom said they are still kicking all this around. I suspect for now it will just come with it in the box and you do it. And later they will set it up and include the rest of the kit. Slowly a trasition. I cannot say how long that will be. Nor can he right now I think. For the very near future it will be an upgrade I think.
