I said im interested and he gave me his address. I asked him if he had feedback, and I said I have lots and asked if he could send first or something. And he just gave me his address again and said to send the money ASAP. So I think the deal is too good to be true. But it would be nice if he had feedback or something

tell him to send the gun COD first so he knows you can't get it before he gets the money, yah know. The guy is lying anyway but see what he says. I got ripped on a deal, i was selling some gear i won from my friends ( a brand new sts piranha, out of the box if anyone is interested) the guy tried to make me send it then get the money but i said COD he never accepted it so i have to pay 10$ for shipping and i talked to the post office and they said this guy has about 6 packages COD that he doesn't accept, he just does it to piss people off

you can get ripped of using cod, all they have to do is not put it in the box becasue your not allowed o open it and make sure everything is in it until after you pay. you could be buying a $450 dead animal for all you know.

As far as I know you can open the COD package before handing over the dough. Just tell the delivery guy youre worried it might be a brick in there or something USPS dosent take fraud that lightly.

cod via the USPS makes it a federal offense if you are defrauded.

Guess what, there are no misdemeanors in federal convictions. ie. a federal conviction for shoplifting a snickers is a felony conviction.
