Dissapointed in the AGD Online Store

Ok, I ordered parts for my gun, level 10 and a AO patch. Well everything came right on time and was all correct EXCEPT, instead of sending me the AO patch they sent a 'I TOG E-MAG' mousepad as a subtitute for the patch. Now, there is nothing wrong with the mousepad, but i didn't want it, i wanted the patch to put on my jersey. When i ordered they said the patch was in stock. So do i return the mouse pad or are they gonna send me the patch too? If i can't get the patch, then i'd like my money back.

Man, I thought you were going to say they killed your dog or something like that.

Call them and I bet they will make it right.

well i was but they were closed. and it wasn't a mistake, they substituted the mouse pad for the AO patch because they ran out. i didn't want the mouse pad.

EDIT: I do like the mousepad though

are you going to shatnerball ?

i still have some extra patches and will have them at the game if you want one.

from the judge in the WDP v Sp case.... " i find it significant that aside from a somewhat limited notebook produced by gaston, the four named inventors offer NO documentation of there work or there contributions to the conception or reduction to practice of the claimed invention"

you could always sew the mousepad onto your jersey. then it would compensate for the patch. heck....it'd even have a 3D effect to it.

and i almost forgot to inform you of the extra safety features a good mouse pad like that provides. not to mention it probly does a good job at deflecting balls.

If a mistake was made and they sent the wrong item, that's one thing. But in this instance, it seems that they unilaterally decided that you would want item "B" instead of item "A". If you were paying for the patch (if it was a free add-on, then this whole post can be ignored), then this was off-base and AGD owes you a patch. If they were out of them by the time the AGD Online server sent an email to Marcia and JoAnn telling them that you wanted the patch, then they should have shipped without the patch and netted out the cost.

They will sort things out over the phone for you, but the decision to swap items should never have been made for you.
