I ordered a reg piston for my RT since it needed a new one (the old one didn't vent high enough to allow the usage of the mainspring in the lvl 10). I received it in the mail the next week. To my dismay, when I opened up the package, I realized that AGD had sent me the reg piston for a regular mag. I called AGD back and got JoAnn on the phone. I told her the situation and she promised to fix the order. Before the end of the week, i had received the correct piston. When i had talked with JoAnn on the phone she said to just send the regular mag piston back with the payment for the RT one. Carelessly, I packaged the piston and payment in a regular envelope. I just got an e-mail today from JoAnn saying that she received my payment... but no piston- there was a hole in the envelope and bag that it had been in! I was looking for a response around, "Could you please remit payment for the mag piston." JoAnn, however said she would credit me for the piston despite it's loss! If that isn't generosity, I don't know what is. This is a perfect example of the excellent service of AGD and it's employees. Regardless, I will send her the $15. She can keep it herself if she'd like (since she already credited my order)! Thank you very much JoAnn and AGD.
