I don't have one but.....

I work at National Paintball Supply and I got to test one.
We had it full auto on a Angel on 16 ball per sec. It never skiped a beat.

So obviously you can shoot the emag at 16 with the halo...

My guess is 14-15. You have to give a little for the small amount of blow back.

15-16 should not be a problem with the HALO. They are shooting a vert feed Emag with the HALO this weekend, maybe we will see another video.

How does the setting matter? I noticed it on mine, but never change it because I figured it meant nothing. I thought it shot as fast as you pulled the trigger.

If the ROF is set too high, you can shoot it too fast and you'll chop paint if the loader can't keep up.
