Emag upgrade?

I apologize if this is the wrong page for this, and if this has been asked already (I did scan the other pages for awhile before asking).

I saw on a forum on warpig.com that you can send in your currently working Automag (minus barrels) and have it upgraded to an EMag for about $650.

Is this true? It sounds false, but just thought I would ask anyways. If it is true, how much, where do I ship it and how long does it take for the turn around?
