E-Mags in NPPL
What are the rules regarding E-Mags in NPPL? Are they chronoed like an RT, and is hybrid legal?

I haven't had a tourney chrono me the correct way prolly 13 out of 16 tourneys. only 1 nppl and they didn't eitherComment

just hope they dont chrono you on the wrong way and ask you to chrono off the right way
