are there ne illistrations on how a r/t valve werks ove a regular valve? or can someone explain it to me i dont understand why i cant modify my regular valave to werk the same way. please help.

An RT valve uses a completley differant reg than the stock one, as well as a differant on-off. The on-off can be put in a stock valve, but won't do all that much. The reg cannot be because it doesn't use a reg seat, so the front of the valve is differant as well, in the way that the reg seals, and how the air flows throughout the valve.
