DO me a favor any and everyone that can. I recently found a person that had a fairly large change in output pressure from his air system when the tank pressure changed. He claimed 450 psi output at 4500 psi and 650 output at 1000 psi. which has me wondering about my own and other air systems.
Please if you can do me a favor and write down the numbers you get with your sytem. and post them in this thread. I understand it wont be perfect due to cheap guages most of us use but its good to see some general trends.
this is what I need
type or air system make model pressure rating.
starting tank pressure and guage used to measure
starting output pressure and guage used to measure.
ending tank pressure and guage used to measure please shoot for a measurement at 1000 psi.
ending output pressure and guag used to measure it.
also make a note of anything out of the ordinary or that might cause a miss read in data. such as the person fills your tank to 4500 and the operators guage says 4500 and yours says 3500.
