Anybody have a cocker as a backup?

I was just flipping through the new issue of P8nt magazine (I love free subscriptions)..and I saw a new "Outkast" autococker from WGP..it's a CF/VF and comes with an adjustable front reg..it's kind of half way between an STO and a normal Vertical Feed Cocker...MSRP is $550 so it'll probably go for somewhere in the 400's when it does come out...and I don't know..It may be the moving parts..but i'm really thinking about adding one to my collection...it'd be like having a Benz and a Beemer...

I've had one as a back up sense 96. Although is has many up grades I don't work on it. I live and work close enough to worr games to drop it of there. When ever I need it it always works. Just don't mess with it.

I do now. For a couple of weeks I thought I could jump ship and join the cocker crowd, it was so sweet when I would test fire it. Then I had a couple of days of play with the cocker and I came back to my mag.

I've two cockers as backup (you never know...)
One is a Predator, the other one is a very old body currently being machined.
I'll put on it my racegun grip, new internals, a new bolt, and so on. Basically a totaly new marker, except for the body.

I've also a Mag in case of one of my brothers want to play.

                  This is my back up...

It's a race framed Spearhead cocker... beautiful gun that shoots amazingly... but sits in my bag while I use my C&C extreme :)

I have an STO cocker for backup. It saved my butt at a tournament a few weeks ago. We made the cut to the finals after a heck of a rainstorm. My Emag decided to not work, rained so hard it got behind the grip panels. The STO was ready to go.

Actually last time I played, a guy was using a M98 when it stopped working. He was parked next to me and he pulled out a 99 cocker. He said, "Yeah this is my backup". I thought it was pretty cool of him.
Wait till they get a load of me.

Isn't that an eclipse blade, not a race grip???

Uhh, when/where was this? Cause it happened to me last weekend. Damn ball latch for the 98 went MIA and had to use the cocker.
