PT tip unscrewing during game HELP!

My PT tip unscrews slowly while playing, and when it screws off, the bolt sticks forward. Before this started happening, I replaced the PT o ring. I was surprised that is seemed less thick then the original, and it seems that it doesn't hold well enough. I'm playing this weekend so i need a quick fix. Would teflon tape around the threads and the o-ring help hold it in place better?
    any ideas?

My girlfriend rides a moped. How cool is that??!!

Just a drop on the threads of 222 should do it. Try not to get it all over the place or on the o-ring.

Replace the powertube TIP oring, it should use the same was as the piston oring, if its smaller you're using the wrong one (probably the powertube oring).

The PT Tip o-ring is its own o-ring. It's not the same o-ring as the PT o-ring or any other o-ring in the Mag. Replace it with the original o-ring, or order a new one. Make sure you're using a coin to fully tighten it.

yep - Diagnosis - using PT pring and not powertube tip o ring.
