    J&J ceramic?

Is the J&J Ceramic a good investment?

How much better is the Dye boomstick?

    The reason for this is:

I can get a J&J now and for christmas I can get things like the 12v revy and other little things I need for my gun

I can just not get the J&J now and get the boomstick for christmas

    which is better?

personally, i can't say anything for the boomstick(havn't used one)

but i have to give props to the J&J ceramic... nice accuracy and not loud at all

this guy i know still uses his 12"J&J on his emag... says he wouldn't trade it for anything

but again, i can't speak for the boomstick for obvious reasons

Both are excellent barrels, I personally use a 14 inch J&J ceramic and love it, very accurate, you can actually get one for like 40-50 dollars now, a boomy will run like 100. J&J is better bang for the buck

I had a 14" J&J Ceramic on my old Tippmann. I loved it. Every paint I ever shot in it worked great. Also, it shot through breaks EXTREMELY well. I never even had a squeege, while i had that gun. Only thing I didn't like was the ugly greyish color. I will probably buy another one, once I get an emag.

They dont look great, but they perform nicely. In fact, they are going to perform pretty much the same as the Boomstick with a good Paint-Barrel match.

Best part, you can shoot out paint (breaks) VERY easily!

i own a J&J....it rocks. it's super quiet, extremely light, and accurate. It also shoots through paint EXTREMELY well(within 5 shots). It's also inexpensive. firstcall has the lowest price i've ever seen. They also have them in black, besides the dull gray.

my J&J in combination with lvl 10 forced me to ditch my squeegee.

Ditto to the above... J&J makes an unremarkable looking product (no flashy glitz) but a very remarkably quiet and straight shooting barrel.

I love my 12" on my Mini... good luck!
