Best Barrel

I was wondering what barrel I should get. I have a DYE Stainless now so I want some thing different in 12". thanks

One that you like with the best paint-to-barrel match. Depends on what kind of paint you use. I'd say a Freak system might be good if you go places and never know what paint they'll use.

i love the Lapco Barrels(both Bigshot and Autospirit). you can get two bores for less than $100 at most places and they are some of the best ones out there. they are 11.5"

If your Dye Stainless is standard bore size, .688 or .689, then I would suggest finding a smaller bore barrel... doesnt really matter what it is, but find something .686 or smaller.

Paint seems to be getting incresingly smaller these days... NitroDuck, RP, Severe, and Diablo are all getting to be at most .684 (at least in the batches my team has used)... so if you travel a lot, and tournaments are your thing, you should find a barrel with a smaller bore, that way you'll have more flexibility with paint and accuracy.

Go find a CP or a small Dye Ultralight

go find a cp, try to find a smaller bore and a larger bore. there about 40 bux each, which is cheeper than going for another dye, and there just as good, if not better. I swear by cp. They fit nicely into mags, they are a t slot

thanks I think I will get a freak system, because I just use the paint that the feild I work at has because I get 2000 for $20 and some times they have small bore that isnt to good in my barrel. thanks
