It has just been brought to my attention that the online registration form has been busted since about midnight (eastern time) the night of July 5/6.
If you have used the online registration form since then, I did not receive it. But it's still not working, so don't try yet!!
I will unstick this post and put up another one when the form works again.
The change of address form probably doesn't work, either.
