Powder Coating

Hey... Does anyone know anything about powder coating? I as considering getting that done to a gun so it looks neato

Thigns like the basic cost, how it works, where to get it done etc.

I got my Minimag done by Junky and I loved the way it came out. I got it for a good price and got my marker back in a weeks time (7 days, shipped and returned). I've also heard good reports about Red Rider, but I havent heard his name for a while, so Im not sure if he is around.

wow that loooks *grand*!!! Thanks for the input... powdercoating sounds like a good idea.

I have another question about it though... Don't you have to have the bare metal showing (like the polished version of the mag) to get it powdered? Or can u powder over the black or gray coloring of the other mags?

junky will polish it then do it so it doens't mattrer what color it is.

I had my powder coated like 6 to 8 months ago and today the power feed came off while i was shooting. any one else have that problem
