I am talking about the newest one that isn't out on newsstand yet. There is an online ad towards the end that has a 68/45 system x tank for i believe it was 145. The problem is I let my friend borrow it and i need the link asap and can't get a hold of him.

After going through the site though, I think the advertisement was a misprint. The 68ci/3k psi tank is $154.95, but the 45k psi tank is $195. Sorry.
