feed plug

I need my free parabolic feed plug badly. Only problem is that it seems i can't get to a phone when u guys are in the office lately. So, can I just drop somebody an e-mail with my address and valve serial number so i can get one? Where would i send this e-mail? and what info need I include?

ya, they are.... my friend asked for one not but 2 days ago. Only problem is he couldn't get one for me too (one per customer).
